Would you like to be part of a firm run by and for Home Inspectors?  Would you like to be part of a firm with a strong marketing plan, high quality marketing materials and an outstanding staff to answer the phone? What if that firm provided business cards, marketing materials and E&O insurance?

TIP is not like any other company in our industry because you will not "work for" TIP.  We are an association of like minded professionals that have pooled resources to save money and make a larger impact in our market.  TIP exists to provide a high visibility brand so that "top producing" inspectors can benefit from the same marketing power provided by branded real estate firms.  TIP can not exist unless it's members are productive, content and providing excellent service.  You will not be asked to sign an employment contract or a non-compete.

We have two experienced marketing inspectors on staff.  We routinely teach and sponsor Realtor MCEs and conduct marketing events to get our message into key Real Estate Offices.  We will teach you how to conduct effective marketing and focus your efforts to grow your income.  We want each inspector to succeed within the team and on his or her own. 

We are looking for true professionals who would like to work in a team scenario without giving up half of their gross. 

Please note that if you are under a contract with another firm we may not be able to talk to you. We are not able to provide Health Insurance Benefits at this time, however, that is a priority goal.

What are we looking for:

• A professional attitude. 
• The ability to work independently, but be part of a team.
• The willingness to learn.
• The willingness to market at least 4 hours per week. 
• You must get along with Real Estate Agents.  If you think they are all jerks, please loose our phone number. 
• Good verbal communications skills.
• The willingness to talk to buyers and educate them about the inspection and their home.
• Good written communications skills.
• A basic understanding of computers.
• We appreciate confident, well informed team members, but can not hire arrogant, know-it-alls.   
• An interest in doing at least 6 inspections per week. 
• You must own your own tools.
• You must own a digital camera and laptop computer.
