Texas Inspection Partners was formed to fulfill this need.  We are a small group of highly experienced home inspectors who emphasize education of clients and communications with all parties to the transaction.  We believe that a home inspection is more than just a technical event.  It is an educational opportunity for the home buyer.  Homes do not come with manuals.  Every home is different.  A guided home inspection is a unique opportunity to learn about your purchase.  Additionally, a home inspection does not have to be a dreaded event for the seller.  The key is that our information is fair, supportable in code and building tradition and as thorough as possible.  We think that you need information that you can use.  We know that you want information on how to maintain and protect your home.

While no home inspector can predict the future or fully warranty his work, it is critical that you receive the customer service that you deserve.  TIP stands behind it’s home inspections.  If you are present for the inspection and not satisfied with our service, you will not be asked to pay.  If there is a problem after the inspection and it is clear that we should have seen it, we will do whatever we can to take care of the problem.
